there's nth better than meeting up with friends

so i met up with two group of ppl for the past three days and im meeting binz tmr :) dessy is finally back and so me, amber, armanda and dessy went out to town on monday. binz was supposed to join us but she had to work so i will meet up with her tmr. then today i met up with the bitches and those "SETANS"(now i noe how to spell it instead of say-tans,). i wonder if i should thank those bitches.

MON - 15th jan 2007
lik i said we went to town to catch up with what we have missed out since we have not met for such a long time. so we went over to paragon for our lunch or should i say brunch. fucking hungry the moment we reach orchard so we went coffee club and had our lunch. after which we had a choco fondue which totally brighten up armanda's day. tht choco maniac :)
then we went over to far east when amber and i got a dress. amber also had her wishes fulfill by getting a pair of ballet sort of shoes at a dirt-cheap price as it was on sales. i also got a pants and a top at future state which was having a 70% discount:) hehe
then we went over to shaw house as we wanted to look at the MANGO sales and get their legging. apparently the legging were all sold out so we went over to wisma and search awhile before we got it at iora.
went up to food republic for dinner and the auntie at one of those noodles store was totally disgusting at how she handles armanda's noodles. forget abt the details. we had some dim sums too from this lady. if im not wrong, it is call har-gao or smth.

while i was over at my dad shop those bitches BAKED WITHOUT ME AGAIN !!!!!!!!!! they informed me lik last mintues and i was already at my dad's shop:( what am i supposed to say, those heartless creatures. IM ANGRY, OKAY !! :P

wed - 17th jan 2007

met up wth setans and bitches (inevitably, they bragged abt their cakes) and we went over to mustafa centre, a weird place to be hanging out though but we wanted to try the nann at "AMBER'S RESTAURANT". but before tht we were at mustafa and browsing thru their items.

it was the first time i stepped in there and im really amazed by their cheap and weird variety of stuff. so i bought some choco, baking stuff and two packets of maggi noodles with farouk claimed tht its nice. we walked abit up to the restaurant.
it was actually a rather short distance if i was in a pair of comfortable foot wear, but i was in a new pair of heels which gave me a huge problem and tht short dist had some impact on my foot. i supposed it was the same for andrea.
we ordered lik 5 nann, a keerma chicken curry and two briyani(a chicken and mutton). taste rather good except tht the mutton one is a bit salty for me. we went home after the meal cuz andrea wanted to watch her show. anyway my legs was already killing me so i dont mind leaving and tht give me less opportunity to spend.

P.S. i got lik 4 blisters on my leg now and two of it which burst is SO PAINFUL :(

WE LOVED BAKING !!!!

i thought that tht the raining season was over but still it rained lik for the whole day. i entertained myself with the korean drama "to marry a millionaire" which i borrowed from amber recently. its quite interesting and im now at disc 13. the whole show consist of 16 disc ad its almost coming to an end.

the rain did stop for awhile in the afternoon so my brother and i decided to bake a cake. therefore we went over to cold storage in cwp, btw we met amber there with her mum. we spent a rather long time choosing the cake mix and we end up with three cake mix. a blueberry muffin mix, two choco fudge mix and a betty crocker vanila frosting for the cake.

my bro baked the cake and i helped him with the decoration. we debated for quite some time as how to decorate it and so we place a layer of the frosting over the cake, then so cherries in the middle and choco rice around it. i guess my description isnt good enough so let my pictures tell the story :)

BABY-SITTING AND ALL :)

the guy tht drove me crazy today.

Today was abit of baby-sitting of my cousin. was over at his place around 2pm to help look after him while the rest of my family member were in the hospital.the maid made us some soup in case we were hungry. mine was mushroom while you jie was tomato soup. but somehow half-way thru the eating, he decided to be cheeky and dropped his tomato soup into mine and sort to dirtied it. arrg, tht fellow.

after the meal, we played abit of areoplane flying. we were supposed to fold our own plane and then throw it out of the window to see whose can "fly" the futhur. so i folded mine and named it. but when he saw how well mine flew he changed my name to his and i had to re-fold another one for myself. but still i won and after the game he said we had to go down to pick up all those plane. OMG!!! ... so i went down to pick those planes wth him.

P.S was supposed to go over to Mustafa wth the bitches and those say-tans but sry i cant make it. if we were to meet up today we would be meeting on alternate days for a week.

didnt do much during the day but i met up with binz, amber and armanda in the evening to catch "Charlotte Web". it was kind of entertaining as it talks a lil abt friendship but i feel sorry for the spider who died eventually.

5th Jan
we caught another movie "Night at the Museum" the bitches and andrea's say-tan cousins. she suggested tht i named us this way instead of the kl gang which was abit cheezy. well well. the movie is damn hilarious and i really like it.

we hit the arcade again and again its daytona and hockey for us. And I tried to kick a soccer ball for the first time in my entire life. and i managed to scored lik all the time but it was computerised so it might be easier. the whole thing was sort of fun but the ball was hard and my legg hurts from kicking it as i was wearng heels.

i wiped them all out :)

we still had lik credit on our card so we tried this shooting game and the gun was giantic. it was so heavy and andrea actually held it the wrong way.

i wanted to know how town is lik on a school night(not for me) so amber and i went to town after tht and seriously its so empty. but i spend alot tht day as well, my heart aches at the thought of it. shittss, "i need more money, mum"

6th Jan

finally they fulfill my wish by going ice-skating but lik what amber said, it was more of ice sliding :) amber managed to get the hang of it and soon she was skating away but the three of them were unwilling to let go of the railing. so amber started to teach andrea while i had to juggle between farouk and haikel. it was really tough,okay!!! can u imagine me shuffling back and forward and holding them both so they will have a lesser tendacy to fall, although they still did.

8th Jan
so i woke up at 8am to go swimming with the bitches. i wonder what got over me to wake up at such a holy hour, was still kind of sleepy when i met up wth the bitches. but the water was bloody cold and it sort of woke me up. i did like 6 or 7 laps today WITHOUT my googles. i actually forgot to bring, OMG thts lik the most important thing cuz u need it to see in the water. but still i managed to do the laps:)

we had abit of bitching in the pool(lik we always do) before we crashed haikel's hse and played abit of playstation while andrea was addicted to MTV. we went bowling today and haikel who claimed tht he nv played before was the winner followed by me (score: 73). hehex:) we also played abit of pool as well before we all head home.

Better To Be Late Than Never :)

though im two days late but still

HAPPY NEW YEAR :)

the last two days of 2006 was kind of boring cuz i was at my dad's shop helping out. but nvm cuz i had fun in the shop too. i made myself this waffle and i spread thick layers of kaya and blueberry, each on one side of the waffle and, YUMMY !!!!

so its quite cool when your dad runs a bakery cuz you are nv short of bread and you can choose to rest as and when you like.

i didnt make any sort of resolution this year cuz im not really sure of what i really want. as for my resolution last year, i'll have to wait for the arrival of feb before i can decide if i fulfill my resolution.

speaking of getting my results, i swear i will die if any of my relative asks me if im going JC or poly. i dunno if they are being concern or what-so-ever, it really gets on my nerve when i have to repeat myself why and how come i am not going so and so. Arrg, fcuk

it's going to get worse during the new year and if i fail, i think im going to miss the whole chinese new year visiting thing and shut myself up from the outside world.

so this is how i spent half of my day on the 1 day of the new year. but well, it got better at in the afternoon. i went shopping with my aunt and i got myself two pairs of heels from petalwork. i dunno the exact location because we drove there but i think it was at this thomsom plaza.


after i got my shoes, we went swimming at orchid country club in yishun, nothing special except that i swam four laps, saw a rainbow, go on a slide and played monkey wth a ball in the pool. thank god th bitches wasnt there to witness it because im only this crazy when im with fiona and this 7 years old boy. but on the whole, it was fun since i have not swim for like ages and it makes great bonding :)

slept over at gran's place and this morning, we had our breakfast at upper thomsom road or smth. there's this marvellous roti prata shop and the roti prata there is quite unique because they have all sort of weird combination for pratas(chesse, chicken floss, choco and more which i cant remember). i had one roti prata with egg and a chocolate prata which i shared with fiona. the egg was very ordinary but the choco prata was delicious since i nv tried something like tht before. hmm, yum yum.

p.s no pictures cuz i left my phone in the car.

after tht we went over to fiona's place cuz she got this game "the sims 2" which was really fun and additive. the animation looks really real and i just got the disc from her so i am going to try my hands on it later. we stayed on til like 5pm before we went for dinner and uncle sent me home. A marvellous family though they can be crazy at times :)

p.s. school is starting soon but not for me:) how great
